Flock Leaders

Derek and Sheron are the founding members of Harvest Barbados.  Both of them served in ministry with another organisation before heading off to Chicago USA in 2016 to train as church planters.  

They are the parents of two adult children, Asha and Stephan who are both involved in church ministry.
